The team at Bantry Photo Services have put this lil` collection of action snaps from the recent bigsurf.ie sponsored Irish National Windsurfing Championships, held in Bantry Bay, Co. Cork, on the weekend of the 9th and 10th April 2011.

Also a sincere thanks to all who helped fundraise for the Bantry Hospice at the event.  In total, from late entry fees, coffe drinking, our Saturday evening meal, competitors giving up prizes and any other little bit of fundraising that we could do over the weekend, we raised a total of €1300 for the Bantry Hospice.  Pearse from bigsurf.ie presented the prize to Pat Murphy of the Bantry Hospice last week...Pat extends his thanks to all the windsurfers for their efforts and contributions, and to Mrs. Brigette Wagner for facilitating the event at the Bantry Airfield.
