Admittedly, it`s been a weeeee while since we last posted an update in our news section.  Been super busy for us lately, what with a whole host of new products being released for the 2012 season in windsurfing, kiteboarding and SUPping. 

 

Final round of the Irish Windsurfing Association Slalom Series took place in Kinvarra outside Galway on the recent October bank holiday weekend.  Congratulations to bigsurf.ie team rider Pearse Geaney on taking the overall win at the event...after a bit of a lay off this year with the arrival of baby Tim he was delighted to make a return and catch up with everybody.  Would the result have been different had bigsurf.ie team rider Dan MaCauley made it over for the event with his "carbo" rich isonics and MauiSails TR7-XT`s?...we`ll never know!  Dan got hammered on excessive baggage expenses in Heathrow...so a trip down SW to a UK wave comp was the last minute change of plans....and he scored some epic conditions there also.  Thanks to Paul Rayner for this pic...

 

 

 

 

Where do we start with an update?  There is too much to list here...new products, new services, etc., etc., but we`ll tip you off on a few that have come good for us all recently.

 

 

We`re MEGA excited about our new GoPro HD Hero2 cameras which have just landed into stock.  11 mega pixel photos, and 10 photos per second is well into SLR territory...and then there is the video quality.  We carry all cameras and accessories for GoPro, so check them out HERE.  These GoPro HD Hero2 cameras will sell quick, so grab yours while you can!
