The Curve Lockdown Rack is a softrack that provides superior protection for your surfboard rails.

Cracked rails are a major problem with standard softracks, as the conventional design places the tensioned webbing strap in contact with the edges of the top surfboard in 4 places.

With the Curve Lockdown Racks, the padding has been cleverly engineered to wrap between the webbing strap and surfboard rail, thus avoiding any direct contact between strap and rail, and providing full rail protection when stacked with 3 boards or less.

Also, conventional softracks often rely on a secondary length of webbing to secure a surfboard stack. The drawback is that sideways movement of a stack of surfboards can occur and even when fully tightened, the boards can flutter or lift from the vehicle roof.

With the unique loop padding system `cocooning` around the stack of boards, these sideways movement or lifting problems are totally eliminated.

These Curve Lockdown Racks are all you need for 1-6 shortboards or 1-3 longboards on a single rack....great versatility for surfers who don`t always travel with a fixed number of boards.

Can be used with or without board bags and still offers better protection to your vehicle roof.
