The classic Downhaul Tensioner or Rig Pulla.
One end has a hex nut fittting, the other has a philips head screwdriver...3 tools in one.
Easy operation...thread the downhaul rope through one hole, back through the second hole and loop through the rope on the opposite side to lock the rope. Pull to apply downhaul.
Makes downhauling a whole lot easier, protects your hands and the rope too!
