Ok, some local news...Cork County Council are planning on introducing some new laws where amongst many others, you won`t be able to surf, windsurf or kiteboard near bathers, even if the bathers are swimming in over head high waves 300m offshore!  Frustrated by the backwardness...yep me too.  And we hear that other co. co. are talking about bringing in something similiar, so be prepared for a back lash soon.  But we came across this beauty recently...a 17km strip of beach is being made "out of bounds" to kitesurfers as it is a dog beach!  Ok, this one`s not in Ireland, but to our Australian subscribers...we feel your pain!  Click HERE for the full story...
